Canadian Locators Inc. provides locating services for underground utility facilities i.e. gas (high and low pressure), electric, telephone, television cable and deep-water services within city limits (urban locates) and beyond (rural locates). Additional services include line dropping, oilfield and pipeline mapping, One Call Center systems, Utility Information Management systems and wireless data communications systems and mapping systems. CLI is currently earning revenues from its locating services and anticipates that it may earn additional revenues through the sale of wireless management and mapping services.

LOCATING SERVICES:

Canadian Locators Inc. services such clients as TELUS Communications, Enmax Power Corporation, The City of Calgary, ATCO Gas, EPCOR Power Corporation, The City of Edmonton, ATCO Pipelines as well as many other corporations and independent contractors throughout Alberta.

Focused on public safety through training and customer service, Canadian Locators has become the leading underground damage prevention company with the best safety record in the business. During 2001 (230,000 locates) CLI's performance rate on the multi-utility One Call Consortium contract was 0.11 hits per 1000 locates. In 2002, CLI maintained its enviable safety record by recording only 0.116 hits per 1000 locates (276,676 locates). CLI is the safest and most technically advanced company in the business.

During peak periods, CLI operates with a fleet of approximately 50 vehicles and services an area approximately 400,000 sq. kilometers in size.

INTUS is installing and splicing fiber optic cable into a variety of commercial and residential buildings in Calgary and Vancouver on behalf of major clients. We are also providing complete turn-key fiber optic design, installation, and as-built services for carriers nationally. The Intus OSP fiber service offerings are provided to clients utilizing our GPS tracked fleet with experienced technicians. Intus utilizes leading edge installation and test equipment to perform all work, using the highest standards of health and safety practices in the industry.

TIERRA GEOMATIC SERVICES INC. is a dynamic Canadian company providing Private Locates, GPS mapping and GIS Systems/ Urban Asset Management that is rapidly expanding across Canada. These services are provided to the oil/ gas and utilities industries; including contractors, commercial and private land owners as well as cities/towns.

TIERRA is proud to provide services to Enbridge Gas (Ontario) Enbridge Pipelines, Altalink, OJ Pipelines, Union Gas, as well as other engineering and construction corporations and communities throughout Alberta and Ontario.

TIERRA has exclusive contracts covering all Alberta requests for Enbridge Pipelines and Altalink through the Alberta One Call network In addition it handles the GPS mapping of all Altalink infrastructures along with the locating services.

Enbridge Gas in Ontario is using Tierra on an ongoing basis for stand by safety services during installation and maintenance of its gas pipelines.
